We were immediately captivated by the unique character of this home: a contemporary, modern façade with large windows, combined with generous ceiling heights and the charm of a classic townhouse. A successful blend of contemporary architecture and authentic grandeur — the best of both worlds. Exactly what we were looking for! We renovated the house with great care and attention to detail, while also focusing on contemporary, future-proof living comfort.
It will come as no surprise that we absolutely loved living here. Thanks to the large windows and the favourable orientation, the house enjoys beautiful natural light throughout the day. In the morning and around midday, the light mainly enters from the rear, while in the afternoon it moves towards the front. As a result, the atmosphere continuously changes throughout the day.
One of our favourite spots? Without a doubt, the cosy and peaceful reading nook at the front, where the natural light and impressive ceiling height really come into their own. The rooftop terrace is another absolute highlight. We spent a great deal of time there: a wonderful place to relax, enjoy the sunshine or quietly wind down at the end of the day.
