In the heart of Brasschaat centre, within walking distance of shops, public transport and schools - an excellent mobility score. The Park of Brasschaat and the famous Melkerij, one of the oldest buildings in this green municipality, donated in 1280 by Isabella of Breda, are also within walking distance. Just put on your walking shoes and go for a jog in the woods or take the children to the playground... Bliss!

Nostalgia all over in this super-charming cottage. Through the still original front door you enter the cosy hall. The house follows the classic layout, with the cosy living room at the front, a large dining room behind it and another sitting or play area, until you arrive at the lovely kitchen. Authentic tiled floor, moulures, warm wooden floors... Check. At the back is another nice surprise: a blissful home office or play area with fine garden views. Garden and terrace with lots of privacy and handy garden shed - keep those play dates and summer parties coming!

Authentic staircase to the 1st floor with 2 spacious children's bedrooms and modern bathroom with bath/shower combination, double sink and separate toilet. owner speaks out

'We love living here so much! Unfortunately, the house is getting too small with our third child on the way. But what fantastic memories we keep of this place! After years of living in Antwerp and some wanderings in South America, we returned to green Brasschaat, where we both grew up. We celebrated our wedding reception in the garden, and our two children were born here as well. Even the corona period was unforgettable here, where our house was like a cocoon, together with our newborn son, and lots of quiet moments in the sun and on the terrace; a blissful time for us, actually. As a stylist, the lady of the house was able to indulge her creativity in the house during the corona period, resulting in an eclectic mix of authentic 1930s elements and cheerful, playful design touches. Dinners with friends and family on the terrace, under the patio heater, overlooking the garden while the children romp, being in the greenery of Brasschaat park or the Inslag within five minutes... Nothing but love for this special place.'
