Description

Very centrally located in the centre of Schilde. Cook or pick up something tasty, find a new outfit or go shopping: here you can do it all on foot.

In this flat, nothing was left to chance. The owner carefully and tastefully chose the kitchen, bathroom, floors, cupboards and doors, resulting in a logically constructed, stylish whole in the most modern techniques and best materials.

The first thing you notice here? The wonderful light thanks to the beautiful, wide façade with high ceilings and full-length windows. Large, open living space with windows down to the ground - great for watching the sun rise over breakfast here. The kitchen has all the appliances you need and masses of storage space. Stylish details, such as the splashback in a subtle ceramic marble tile, worktop in ceramic, light parquet floor and contemporary, black taps finish it off. In the adjoining living room, the gas fireplace provides a cosy atmosphere on chilly autumn evenings.

The flat is equipped from head to toe with fitted wardrobes, security door, electric shutters, electric awning, solar control glass, and underfloor heating. In short, "Cheap was not an option".

In the bdk: the same classy tile as in the kitchen. Equipped with a bathtub-shower combination and sink, next to it you have a nicely finished toilet. Of the 2 bdrms, 1 currently serves as a dressing desk. Both rooms open onto the elegant 10 m2 terrace, with views over trees and sunset.

Also a practical, large laundry room and an extra storage room in the basement.

Built-in garage to buy 19,500€.
