The location is fantastic. Surrounded by the parks, on foot to the bakery, by tram to the city and the children by bike to school. We love that this house has a soul and so much charm. Everyone finds a place to do their own thing here, and to catch up together, we cosily install ourselves around the fireplace.... We look forward to the summer months every year, when we can host guests in the lovely garden. The driveway and garage are also super convenient - invaluable and a real upgrade to the comfort of our lives. Finally, the house is ideally oriented: in the morning, the sun shines on the front facade - great for waking up to sunbeams in the bathroom - and in the afternoon and evening, the sun is on the garden - perfect for an apero after work.
