This is a blissful place to receive friends. Moreover, I live here very quietly and yet I am in the city centre in the blink of an eye, which is handy for my work. Now, of course, I'm often at home during the day, and then it's wonderful to see the light pouring in abundantly. On my terrace, too, I enjoy the sun all day long. I really feel like royalty there.
