When developing this building, I deliberately chose to focus on quality, sustainability and a strong architectural identity. Together with Conix RDBM Architects, we created a project that is not only aesthetically strong, but also practical and future-oriented.
Today, several years after completion, I am particularly pleased with the result. The apartments meet the expectations of the tenants, while the combination of residential units, the commercial ground floor and the parking spaces provides a well-balanced investment structure.
It was important to me to create a building that would retain its value over the long term while generating stable rental income. The current occupancy and rental performance confirm that this vision was the right one. It is an investment that I look back on with great confidence.
