For a long time, we lived completely alone in the factory - more than 1,000m2 in size and with enormous individuality.

The spaces are phenomenal. You feel that area and space used to be less scarce than now, even in height.

Given the central location and uniqueness of the property, I definitely want to stay here. On the other hand, the factory is just too big.

We have now decided to divide the building into three spacious lofts, each with its own character and identity.
