This stately apartment building in Art Deco style was designed by architect Alfons Francken in 1922. Originally these were 2 mirrored flats, until Glenn Sestig Architects merged the units into one grand oasis of luxury and style in 2013. Or in the architect's own words: 'a crisp apartment in a generous space'.
In one part of the app you will find a spacious kitchen with the immense living space attached. At the back is a nice little terrace where you can quietly enjoy the evening sun. The connection between the two spaces is the ultra-atmospheric lounge, where you can relax with a book or receive your friends for an aperitif in style.

On the other side is the XL bedroom with another cosy terrace. Thanks to the pivoting wall/door, the luxurious bathroom blends seamlessly with the rest of the rooms. The huge dressing room can easily be converted into a second bedroom, without sacrificing the feeling of space. The practical areas - closets, cloakroom, laundry room, toilet... - were gathered in the centre of both flats.

The facilities offered by the Green Quarter (supermarket, laundry, doctor...) all come on top, as does the cosmopolitan atmosphere. After all, here you immediately imagine yourself on 5th Avenue in New York.
