We always choose a property by feel and this flat was an instant hit. The building exudes authenticity and on top of that it is fully equipped. For us, this flat is synonymous with 'relaxing at the weekend'. The soft grey colour we used for the walls and ceilings contributes to this. In the morning, the sunlight enters this floor beautifully through the high windows at the back of the building. In the afternoon, the sun then appears at the front: perfect timing and a real added value. Indeed, in most flats the light usually only enters from one side. The floors creak and the light switches give a 'click' when you switch on the light, but it's exactly those little things that create the warm, homely atmosphere we like so much for our family. The proportions of the rooms are also just right. Add to that the brilliant, neo-classical architecture and phenomenal location and you can see why it was an instant hit here.
