As an architect, it was a nice challenge to completely retune this flat. I started from a white canvas, a blank box that I could fill in myself.

The result is a flat that makes 100% use of the available space and allows plenty of light and breathing space to each loft function.

In terms of materials, I chose a contemporary, timeless and durable quality. An epoxy cast floor, marble countertop, beech sliding walls, inset cupboards, exposed concrete ceiling, Vola taps and Winckelmans tiles.

This specific use of materials together with the open-plan layout give the apartment the look and feel of a real loft with a high level of coolness.
