owner speaks out

After my first working years, I bought this flat for myself. No wife yet, no children yet, so living right in the centre of Antwerp with restaurants, cafés, shops, park Spoor Noord and public transport on the doorstep was the ideal scenario then and a very good decision. Afterwards, my girlfriend - later wife - moved in and we enjoyed the flat together. She her seats in the living semi-sousterrain, me my sofa set on the floor above. Apero in our garden during the summer and dinner parties with friends that invariably started at the island in the kitchen. Blessed time! Then I rented out the flat. And now we can use the pennies for other things. With lots of good memories and a little pain in my heart, I'm looking for a fantastic new owner.
