Marble floors, colourful, stylised stained glass, unique woodwork, beautiful wrought-iron gates and balconies - everything was thought out. De Lattin designed both exterior and interior, making the house truly unique.

Besides the 'official' front door with the spacious entrance hall behind it, the house has another service entrance to the basement with charming kitchen on the side. Wide, glazed doors lead to the cosy city garden.
